Support

Agents puts the coding agents on your Mac, Claude Code and Codex, on your iPhone and Apple Watch. Follow their work, answer their questions and approve their plans from wherever you are.

What you need

• A Mac with Apple silicon on macOS 26 or later, with Claude Code or Codex set up, and Agents for Mac.
• An iPhone on iOS 26 or later with Agents from the App Store.
• Optionally, an Apple Watch on watchOS 26 or later. It gets everything from your iPhone.

Getting started

• On your Mac, open Agents and sign in with Apple.
• On your iPhone, tap Connect a Mac and scan the code Agents shows on your Mac. Sign in with the same Apple ID when asked.
• On your Apple Watch, open Agents. It connects through your iPhone.

To look around first, tap Try the Demo on the iPhone’s home screen. It needs no Mac.

Agents+

Everything above is free on your Mac’s own network. Agents+ is an optional subscription that adds Agents Cloud (your Mac from any network, with notifications), Mac Screen, local servers, the retro themes and accent colors, and Siri and voice. Subscribe in Agents on your iPhone. Your Mac sees the subscription when both are signed in to Agents Cloud with the same Apple ID.

To change or cancel it, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. For a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com.

If something isn’t working

• Your Mac shows as offline. Agents has to be running on the Mac, and the Mac awake and online.
• It only works at home. Without Agents+, your iPhone reaches your Mac only on the Mac’s network.
• Your iPhone can’t find your Mac at home. Check that Local Network is on for Agents in your iPhone’s Settings, under Privacy & Security.

Your data

The privacy policy lists what Agents Cloud keeps, for how long, and how to delete it from your iPhone or Mac.
